Though I hasten to add that of the things I reacted viscerally against, more were SWPL than prole. The only two Prole things I hated were “kid beauty pageants” and “Disneyland.” There were a lot more SWPL things I disliked, such as NPR and yoga. There is schizophrenia among SWPLs. Some are true-believing left/liberals, but not as many as you’d think. Many others publically pass as such while holding very rightie views in private. SWPL hypocrisy is a memetic adaptation to environmental pressures. We pretend to be culturally leftie because we know what’s good for us but live de-facto rightie because of human nature.
